Payment Options

Wheelchair Van:

• Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check or credit card for wheelchair van transports.
• Medicaid is accepted within specific guidelines set forth by the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services.
• Direct billing is available to patients in nursing facilities.

*Please Note: Medicare DOES NOT cover ambulette transportation under any circumstance.

Ambulance:

Claims for service will be submitted to the patient’s respective insurance company and are subject to payment according to the individual’s benefit coverage. Co-pays, deductibles and denied services may be paid by cash, check or credit card for ambulance transports.
